What began for me as a neat hobby quickly became one of the most fundamental parts of my day-to-day work practice. Calligraphy holds it's own special sort of magick, one that captivates viewers in it's elegantly written form. Projects have ranged from small commissioned pieces, to cafe menu design, and full suites of wedding stationery.

In 2023 I got the chance to put my all into creating my own custom wedding stationery suite. I sketched and then wrote all of the invite and save the date calligraphy by hand as well as all scrollwork and filigree. Modern calligraphy with dipped pen was used for the envelopes, custom monogram sticker for invite closures.

I love a good sci-fi/fantasy epic. And it just so happens that provide some of the best quotes, and as a calligrapher, there are never enough of those.
